  The unit was nice and comfortable- it felt like home. It was great to have beach gear, such as a cooler, snorkel stuff, chairs, towels and umbrellas- we used them every day. The unit was equipped with all the stuff to cook and pack lunches for the beach. The view from the balcony was peaceful and relaxing.

  This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful resort. We loved the extras provided, such as beach gear, laundry and dishwasher detergent, soap and shampoo, etc. The outdoor kitchen area and views were beautiful as well. If we could change anything about the condo, we'd add doors to the master bathroom and change the shower head in the master shower. Otherwise, it was really perfectly comfortable and we loved it!

  First trip to the Big Island. Saw plenty of the island and would choose to stay here on our next visit due to location and comfort. Loved the lanai overlooking the 3rd hold of golf course. Especially liked having the bbq where we cooked the striped marlin that we caught that day.

  Extremely pleased with our choice of Waikoloa Beach Villas. Beautiful property with plenty of room for two couples. Loved looking at the sunset from our lanai, and took many fabulous pictures. Really like staying in Waikoloa with shopping and food choices

  This did not start well: We arrived on a Saturday to find the key box code given to us was incorrect. We called but it was the weekend and no emergency number was given. The recording offered to take a message, but did not. A neighbor noticed our plight and called Tony the handy man who saved us. Then it took two more days to get the fans and TV working. No drawers for clothes. King bed made with Q sheets! Not the best rental we've ever had.

  My wife and I stayed 8 days in January 2011 there. They thought about everything in this place: from the kitchen to the living room and bedrooms, it is furnished with whatever you may need. The master even has sleep number bed. The living room is equipped like home: large screen, 5-1 sound etc.. The place was spotless (and since my wife was pregnant at the time of our stay it was really important). Plenty of beach towels too, so you don’t need to get yours. Across the property is a small open air Mall so you can get everything you need and the beach -full of turtles- is less than a mile away. The major beaches of the island are minutes away by car. However, it’s a little far from Kona, about 30 min drive.
  In short, we expected something quite nice, but this was outstanding.

  This is a well apointed home located with a golf course view. It is a 5 minute walk across from the Queen's Shopping Center in Waikola and also within walking distance to the beach. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

  I was visiting from Alaska and stayed for an entire month in this condo! The location is great because it is close to shops and Hapuna beach. The drive into town is about 25 minutes, which is a little long, but you can look at the ocean for the whole trip! I had everything I needed and it was all top of the line luxury, even the beds were special (sleep number). The pool was beautiful and the people were very friendly. I will be back!!

  This place is wonderful...the owner (Colleen) is great and the management company is very helpful. Location is awesome...Queens shops and Kings shops within very easy walking distance...A-Bay Beach is within walking distance, but better to drive over. Swam with dolphins at Hilton, body-surfed at Hapuna Beach, drove around island (jumped off South Point, swam at Black Sand Beach, visited Volcano National Park and saw lava flows).
  
  Would highly recommend this place and location and plan to return soon and regularly. Liked it so much that we are considering purchasing one of these condos.
